[bug] panel: systray plugin wrong size on gaim startup

Hi,

Have Xfce 4.0.3 on a Debian Sarge box and the systray panel plugin containing
only Gaim and Session management.
The panel is oriented vertically, centered on the left border.

Sometimes after login to Xfce4, on Gaim's startup and the appearance of its icon
in the systray the systray size goes to ca. 5 entries instead of the 2 necessary.
Removal and re-adding of the systray plugin in the panel cures it.
