Autostart Problems

Hi all,

I got some problems with my autostart script. I created a Script in
~/Desktop/Autostart whicht looks like this

#!/bin/bash

#Rox filer
rox -p=thor

#Plan Daemon starten
/usr/bin/pland

#Desktopmenu starten
/usr/bin/deskmenu

#Bildschirmschoner
xscreensaver -no-splash

The funny thing is that it sometimes works and sometimes not. If it not
works gdm tells me that he is unable to start the last session so it
will restore the default settings. Running it manually works always.

I guess it has something to do with rox but I'm not sure. Does anyone
has an idea?
