[XFce-panel] reload config withou restart apps ?

Hello,

Nobody's knows how i can reload the config file of xfce-panel without
restart it ?
I want make a small script which add/remove the recents applications i
use in the pannel. But for doing that i must can reload the config of
xfce-panel

Anyone can help me ?
