xfce version 3 vs. 4 : missing features?

Do you know the Alt+Tab feature to cycle the focus between windows?

Did you try xfce4-iconbox?
You can try the ROX-Filer pinboard feature too, with XFce 4.0,
if you want icons for minimized apps.
