xfwm4 exec problem with libXrandr.so.2

hi, 
I have a problem with executing the wm of xfce. I started it with startxfce, 
everything worked except the xfwm4. the error message is :

xfwm4: error while loading shared libraries: libXrandr.so.2: cannot open 
shared object file: No such file or directory

libXrandr.so.2 is there (in /usr/X11R6/lib/ ) and is a symbolic link to 
libXrandr.so.1.0. This is X default because I never did anything with the X 
libs.

any suggestions ?
