Systray icons

Hi

I would like to know it is possible to get all tray icons to work
properly.  Sim and gaim are working properly but k3b and xmule for
example , always open a seperate window instead of putting the icon to
the tray. 

If anyone solved that prob , please tell me how.

Another question:
Is it possible to make xfce4 remember the last session , like KDE.
I want that apps like sim etc, which I used in the session before, are
started by entering the session
