XFce is too fast

Dear all.

I would like to complain that XFce4 RC 3 is too fast.
Yes, too fast. I'm not kidding.

Try this on Pentium IV 2.4 GHz:
* Open settings manager
* Change your user interface theme to something more colourfull (e.g 
stellar).
* Now move your mouse around the screen, fast.
* Can you see your screen blinks wildly ?

It is annoying.
I wish the XFce buttons raises only when the mouse moves slowly or stop over 
them.

Please consider this silly compains ;)
