XFCE4 RC3, the user interface themes are missing

Hello, The problem was wrong location.

I'm on VectorLinux and gtk themes is installed at  /usr/X11/share/themes.
XFCE4 put it at /usr/share/themes.

I fixed this by moving the xfce-* themes to the right location.

Thanks for pointing me to gtk.
