XFCE4 RC3, the user interface themes are missing

Hi.

I have checked xfce4-themes, but it does not seems to be the right 
component.
Please try from the panel:
* Click Settting
* Click User Interface (not Panel, or Windows Manager).
* I could only see Default there.

I have them. Did you install xfce4-themes-3.99.3?
