	You can use the MenuMaker utility to do this.  I have an rpm 
(built with checkinstall) available at ftp://ftp.webtrek.com/pub/rpms but 
you can get the source and build your own.  I posted info on what you can 
do to make secondary menus on the xfce4-dev list.  If you run the program 
in it's default mode it'll blow away your menu.xml file and you'll lose 
all the stuff in the right-click menu.
