Net Monitor Plugin

Sorry.  NIC is my network interface card.  I have two of them.  One is 
onboard, the other is a RealTek 8139.  During, the boot phase, I only 
start the eth0 interface.  I do not have multiple monitors and I am 
running XFCE4-rc3 (3.99.3).
