I've made XFce panel icon theme. It's similar to Gnome theme, but with, IMHO, nicer icons (based on jimmack's Industrial gnome icons). It is here: http://pizurica.on.neobee.net/Industrial.tg.gz To install it, just unpack it to /usr/share/xfce4/themes, then in Settings Manager, under "XFce panel", choose "Industrial" theme. Nikola
