Pointers to xfce4 help

The slack packages depend on libstartup-notification. Install that and
you'll be fine.

PS
Not to judge anyone, but I'm a bit surprised about the number of
questions I got about this. I had expected people using slackware to
start looking for missing dependencies if a package doesn't work.
