feature request, tiling

This is a Winders feature that's kind of handy; one can right-click the
taskbar and choose to tile windows horizontally or vertically (or
minimize all windows for that matter).

XP does it best, because it only tiles the visible windows (2K would
always unminimize everything, then tile them all).

This should of course only affect the current desktop, and should be
accessible from iconbox & taskbar or from right-clicking the desktop, or
maybe a panel plugin.
