This message is produced by the panel when it is running under a non-NetWM
compliant WM. Either you have changed your WM or xfwm4 is crashing on startup.
If you have changed your WM and the panel seems to be working ok, then you can
safely ignore it. Otherwise, post the contents of .xsessions-errors if you start
from a graphical login or the output of startx or startxfce4 if you start xfce4
from the console.
