What do you think about a forum?

If we use both, the problem is that there will be a duplication of
question and answers. But it doesn't seem to be a miracle solution for
that, unfortunately :)

Mailing lists are nice because they allow us to tune our mail/news
client, forums are great because archives are kept where you post,
screenshots are made easier (ie, you don't have to switch from
mailreader to browser to see them).

So both seems a nice solution, after all :)
