Logout will only work if:

* You are running xfce-session

* Xfdesktop is the session controlling application.

Otherwise, it will just shutdown xfdesktop. :( Sorry, bit of a limitation there.
IAC, the command is <builtin name="Quit" cmd="quit"/>.
