Window focus problem with WINE and Alt-Tab in XFCE 4.0

 Yes, it is defenatly Xfce's border that's on the window.  I tried it with
multiple WINE apps and they all do the same.  The Xfce border has focus, but
the WINE app does not until you physically click inside the window.
