force an xterm to start when XFce starts

I use my .xsession file to start all my stuff (xfce-panel. xfdesktop. etc)
so you can just a xterm to that file.  here is my .xsession file

#xfce

/usr/X11R6/bin/xscreensaver -nosplash &
xfce-mcs-manager
xfwm4 --daemon
gdeskcal -x 1275 -y 1000 --first-day=7 &
xftaskbar4 &
xfdesktop &
gkrellm --geometry +1600+1020 &
xmodmap $HOME/.Xmodmaprc &
exec xfce4-panel

just add 'xterm &' anywhere before the exec command.
