threading bug reports

[purslow at sympatico.ca]

is it possible to get bug reports to thread ?
they appear in my 'xfce' mail folder (Mutt) in random order,
unlike regular messages, which are listed nicely by thread.
presumably, this wd involve some change in the headers attached to them,
which wd need to be done by whoever manages the bug system.
