drag-and-drop

I updated to xfce-4.0.1 and I noticed a problem.  When I highlight more
than one file in xffm and try to drag them to a program on the panel (i.e.
I highlight 5 pictures and drag them to the panel (the panel has an
imagemagik icon) nothing happens.  i reinstalled xfce-4.0.0 and the
drag and drop with the same multiple files works.  is this a bug?

I have xfce-4.0.l on redhat 9 installed by rpm.
