what about keyboard layout switcher ?

Hi,
  about a week ago I had  posted a mail to this list asking about adding
  a 
                    "keyboard layout switcher "
  to xfce4 panel
  What happened to that question?
   No one seems notiv\cing this.
   Can you help me ?
