X TCP nolisten

I'm trying to turn off Xfree86 TCP listeing. Where do I put the '-- -nolisten tcp' option for XFce4? I'm running it from /etc/X11/Sessions/XFCE-4   that in turn runs startxfce4 which seems to run X with 'exec xinit /etc/xfce4/xinitrc $*'

I tried 'exec xinit /etc/xfce4/xinitrc -- -nolisten tcp $*' but that doesn't work. I don't really understand what I'm doing here, can anyone help? Thanks,
