Hi,

I installed the xfce-4.tgz on my laptop.
It has Slack 9.0 on it. It seems to be working fine.
I just asked about Slack 8.0 becuase that is what I have on this box.
I'll stick to xfce 3 on this box and check out xfce 4 on the laptop.
