search tool problems (xfce4)

no idea yet for my problem ? :-)
i did not find either .
... well the goal would be to tell glob to search  into subdirs ...
in the little "log" buffer it tells he searches with -r option but
aparently it doesnt take effect ...

by the way ... is glob part of xfce4 or have i got to install it
separately ?
