Once again Mozilla session-management

XFce 3.8.18 ...

Could those who have solved the Mozilla session management
problem please let me know, "once again"  how it was done ???
(I vaguely remember reading it was done awhile back on this list)

Using Mozilla 1.3..... I have never had it come up since 0.8 or 0.9 days...

Is anyone using this release and having Mozilla come up on restart/reboot ?
