xfwm-session and Mozzy Revisited

In my .xfce/xfwm-session I have the following vintage netscape 
self-activated setting which will work upon restarting xfce-3.8x

However using mozilla 1.3b  I still have no success.....
I know there has been problems for sometime with mozzy since
later 9.x days but thought I remember xfce users having better luck
with the later 1.x versions ?

Of course Dillo works fine too !
