Hi,

Can you try to use libxfcegui4 from this package instead and report :

http://www.xfce.org/archive/libxfcegui4.tar.bz2

As usual

tar xvjf libxfcegui4.tar.bz2
cd libxfcegui4
./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc && make
su -c "make install"
