xfce-mcs-segfault when I'm not root

I run the startxfce4 script.

As root, I did "cp ~/.xfce4/xfce4rc /home/user/.xfce4/" since that files
wasn't in my user directory. After that, I got the background but nothing
more. xfce-mcs-manager is still not running.

In addition, when I am normal user and I do startxfce4, I also lose my
keyboard layout (ca-enhanced). When I'm root, everything is ok and when I
strat another windows manager as a normal user, everything is ok also.

Bye
