Focus question

I specify: The window is brought in front immediately, it gets the focus
immediately but the color of the titlebar does not change immediately.
It takes more time when I don't move the mouse, i. e. just position the
pointer on another titlebar, click and wait. And it's excatly one second.

Is he reading this list or do I have to fill out a bugreport?
