Help and default browser (XFCE4)

No, that didnt work.  Let me clear this up a little.  If I click the
manual icon down in the task bar, it tried to open Mozilla.  I want it to
open Firebird because I do not have Mozilla loaded.  If I left click on
the desktop and go to web browser, I want firebird to open as well as if I
click on help, I want Firebird to open.  Surely this must be an easy
config change.

If I right click the manual icon and go to properties, I should be able to
change it there, I would think.
