Improving the Window-Menu

Hi!

I have some suggestions to improve the menu of each window. Is this the
correct list for these?

At first, the option to move a window to another desktop. Why are the
names, which I gave to the desktops, not displayed? Instead there is a
simple numbering.

Also I have to declare licq sticky every time I start it. Why is there
no function to keep this state even when I restart xfce?
