You can either manually edit the menu.xml, or you can use MenuMaker to
create a menu structure for you - which then replaces the existing
menu.xml; there are still some applications you might have to hunt and
peck for and manually edit the menu.xml still - but using MenuMaker will
at least grab most of the KDE/GNOME/X application for you.
