Compile xfce4 battery pluggin 0.1.1

Hello,
 
I have downloaded the xfce4 battery pluggin 0.1.1 and when I compile it I
obtain:
 
./configure it's ok
 
make :
 
acpi-linux.c:43:243 acpi-linux.h: no such file or directory
 
one idea ?
 
I use Mandrake 9 pro suite edition, kernel 2.4.19
 
I have compiled XFCE4 and all this library without problem.
