multiple screens/non-xinerama

So ok now I am running rc2 and yes, xfdesktop works now on the second
monitor. But it doesn't seem like I can have indpendent settings for
each screen. If I change the background color it does it for both
screens, If I remove/add virtual desktops then it does it for both. Can
this be independent?
