multiple screens/non-xinerama

Derek,

It does work, although xfdesktop doesn't (yet, will be fixed before
rc2), the rest does.

Something like:

xfwm4 --display :0.0 --daemon
xfwm4 --display :0.1 --daemon
xfce4-panel --display :0.0

works. Obviously, you don't see anything on the second screen, as no
window is mapped there. Just run a terminal and launch

xterm -display :0.1

and it will show on second screen, and you'll see xfwm4 is running there
too.
