Stickyness

Hello everybody!

I'm starting some Apps throught the xfce/xinit (3.8.18) Skript. Works
fine, but I want them to be sticky automatically. Maybe somebody can tell
me where I can configure this (perhapes like an option like -geometry or
.Xressources?) BTW, is there a possibility to also get these Apps always
on top?

If someone could help me with some hints I would really appreciate.
