transparency on term

I like Eterm. I will put you some examples:

Eterm (=xfterm4)
 -x (delete the borders of the window manager, move it with left ALT pressed)
 --geometry 120x40+90+120 (put the window wherever you want)
 --scrollbar 0 (delete scrollbar)
 --buttonbar 0 (delete buttonbar)
 --trans (the background is the backdrop of your xfce, :))
 --shade 50 (the background will be less brighness ¡¡very nice!!)
