xfwm4 and window options

Hello All!

Is it possible to set up in xfwm4 settings for specified window classes 
(workspace for place, required geometry, layer etc) like in IceWM (file 
$HOME/.icewm/winoptions)?

Second question: window margins seems do not works in my xcfe... I have 
required settings (see below), but opened windows covers my panel (or 
panel covers them. depends from layer.)

I'm using xfce 4.1.0 (information from about dialog) from CVS 20.12.2003.
