cp /etc/xfce4/xinitrc $HOME/.xfce4/
chmod +x $HOME/.xfce4/xinitrc
then edit $HOME/.xfce4/xinitrc and comment out xftaskbar4
Add xfce4-iconbox instead.
log out/log on

Olivier.
