Repeated keys in GTK1 apps

At least with Toshiba laptops, it is a known hardware problem. A fix is
accomplished by using accessx (/usr/local/bin/ax +bouncekeys bouncedelay
15) or xkbdset (/usr/X11R6/bin/xkbset bo 15 && /usr/X11R6/bin/xkbset exp
=bo). Maybe the problem is spreading...
