I had to manually add it in /etc/X11/dm/Sessions and I had to use the
script called 10XFce4 to get it to show up in gdm. I would imagine
adding it to either /etc/X11/xdm/kdmrc or /etc/kde/kdm might work for
you. I don't know never tried it. good luck though!
