Gnome & KDE Menu // Liquid Theme // special characters ( @ | )

Hi everybody, i'm new on this list, and i'm using xfce 3.8.16 for about 1 month, 
and well it's working really fine.

Gnome & KDE Menu 

i wnat to know how can i put the kde/gnome menu on the xfce menu? 
accesing it from the user menu (left click on the mouse) sometimes is
not useful.

Liquid Theme

exists any liquid theme? or any other theme for xfce?

special characters ( @ | )

This is one of the biggest problems i have, i've got an "es" keyboard it
works perfectly under gnome, kde and text console.  but in XFCE i cannot
access characters like ( @ | ), all of them using ALT GR ... how can i
use them!! (i need to use the 'at' and the pipe!!! without using
character map)
