	I wanted to tell everyone here that knows me that I might be very
on edge for a while.  If I happen to go off and rant psychoticly about
nothing at all please ignore me.  I live in the Washington DC area and, as
you might have heard, there is a sniper in this area who has shot 12,
killed 9 (with a possible new one this morning) since October 2nd.  
Things are getting a little desperate and I have been a bit on edge about
Joseph (one of the victims was a young child).  So please, I ask your 
forgiveness in advance.
