newbie and xterm titles

Super product thanks a lot to everybody.

xfce v3.3.6 on a Debian Linux notebook.

The link to the archives on www.xfce.org seems to be broken, so forgive
me if this is an FAQ.

I open xterms with:

	xterm -title joe -sb -sl (and perhaps -e run_this)

This all works fine.  But when I iconify that window, the icon does not
retain its title.  Iconified, it has the title "xterm".

If I have several xterms open, I'd like to see which is doing what.
