problem with 3.8.18

[Net Llama!]

i just upgraded from 3.8.16 to 3.8.18 (compiled from the SRPM).  I can no
longer move or resize windows with teh left mouse button.  WHen i try to,
nothing happens, as if i wasn't even holding down the left mouse button.

Any ideas?
