Customizing window decoration.

Hi all,

Is there a way I can use my own window decoration 
(those 6 buttons on both sides of the window title).
I figure I can replace the .xbm files in src/xfwm
though I didn't try. But is there a easier way.

To be perfectly honest, those buttons don't look 
good though I love Xfce in general.
