bashrc not read when launching xfterm from panel

I am using xfce-3.8.16-1 (rpm package from xfce.org):
I have noticed that neither my .bashrc nor the bashrc from the 
system are read when launching xfterm or xfhelp from xfce-panel.
But it works if you launch xfterm and xfhelp from an xterm. 
I think this should be repared.
