Debian menus

Hello all,...


...back here after quite some time, and with the new situation that I am
with Debian woody now. Which leaves me with a question almost
immediately: Having seen an 'xfce' package out of woody, it seems to
have support for showing the Debian menus utilizing xfmenu. Is this a
feature specific to those packaged versions, or can I make xfce work
with Debian menus even while building from source? Something, like, a
'configure' switch or something this way?
