Love the taskbar

I don't use the taskbar myself , since I'm running xfwm4, but I was
wondering something. I thought the space available to the taskbar might not
be sufficient. My feeling is that the taskbar is a bit short if you have
more than, say, 6 applications open. What's your experience with this?
